Birth Doula & Support Bundles

As your Doulas, we’re there for the physical, emotional, and informational support you deserve from the moment of hire, throughout labor, and into your postpartum. We bring our experience and intuition to best support your family’s unique needs. We are available 24/7 via email, text, and phone for support and to provide reassurance and perspective to you and your partner, go over options throughout your labor progress so that you may make the best-informed decisions, and help with relaxation, positioning, and other techniques for comfort.
We’re all about connection! We set up a 1:1 with the birthing parent and a 1:1 with he birth partner for in-depth talks about preparing for birth and postpartum. We also hold a group prenatal at your home around week 35 to review plans and cover topics such as comfort techniques, acupressure for birth, options in labor, birthing positions, pain management, local resources, and a plan for your postpartum support.
You receive continuous support from the Doula on call during your labor and delivery. The focus of our energy will be on making you feel comfortable as you labor as effectively as possible. After delivery, your doula remains for 1-2 hours and makes sure that your new family is comfortable and ready for quiet time together. We also help with infant feeding and are available for phone contact to answer questions about the birth or caregiving for your baby.
The Doula who attends your birth will be the one to attend your postpartum follow-up visit at home to see how everyone is doing, to review your birth, and to get feedback about our roles - as well as offer our service for hands-on support and an opportunity for the family to rest, shower, or spend time with older siblings. If schedule allows, both doulas from your team love to attend!

Families who use The Birth Story Collective to document their journey will receive mutual discounts on services.
Postpartum Doula & Education Bundles

$1000+ for 20 Hours ($50/hr, $5 additional per hour for twins)
We assist you in crossing the threshold into parenthood by providing support and insight in both the physical and emotional changes as well as practical hands-on support with self-care, infant care, and adjusting to your new normal individually and as a family. We PROUDLY support families in the LGBTQ+ community and families that are born through surrogacy and adoption. Every family deserves a Doula! Minimum of 4-hour shift for daytime support with 20-hour minimum contract.
Here’s a sampling (that is by no means exhaustive) of all the ways we can help:
-Non-judgmental support and caring for you as you recover from birth
-Implementing systems in your home to best care for baby/babies, older siblings, and yourselves
-Infant-feeding support and instruction on how to understand baby cues
-Diapering, infant care, and babywearing
-Meal preparation, light housekeeping assistance, running errands, and accompanying you to appointments
-Help with older siblings, care for baby/babies when parents need to shower, nap, or spend time with older siblings
-Resources, referrals, and screening for postpartum mood disorders
-Talking about and processing your birth/surrogacy/adoption experience in a judgment-free zone of support
Our support for you will be customized to your needs and your family!

$1200+ for 24 hours ($50/hr, $5 additional per hour for twins)
We assist you with adjusting to the new sleep patterns of your baby, while also balancing rest and recovery for the parents. We will help keep loving eyes and hands on your newborn during their wake and sleep windows throughout the night, while the parents catch up on their own sleep.
This support includes navigating newborn cycles, normalizing what your family needs are, supporting and navigating all infant feeding options, any cleaning bottle/feeding supplies, light nursery tidying, and the physical and emotional support of the parents.
Our shifts are 8 hour minimums - generally 10PM-6AM (this can be discussed and adjusted based on the family's needs and doula agreement) Investment is $50/hr (minimum 3 shift, 8 hr each minimum/$1200 purchase requirement) (+$5/hr for twins).
We will customize a package for you anywhere from 3 - 30 nights of support.

Lamaze isn’t what it used to be! (Courtney will be teaching you more than just breathing exercises!) You will learn the most current evidence-based material. Lamaze teachings are empowering, respectful, and supportive methods that will prepare you for your birth experience and help you make confident and informed decisions.
This course is excellent for first-time birth experiences, VBAC births, or as a more detailed vision of coping/understanding with labor for repeat birthing people. The course is great for partners, or as an independent birthing person to educate and prepare yourself fully on what to expect during your labor and birth experience.
Courtney will guide you through each of the 6 Healthy Birth Practices with more than just readings and lecturing. You will learn through hands-on practice, class activities, videos, and effective communication. Courtney has expertly crafted the Lamaze material into a personalized class based on positivity, loving support, and unwavering faith in the physiological process of labor and birth.
Topics include physiology of birth, physical comfort measures, coping mechanisms for each stage of labor and birth, pain relief options (both holistic and medical), the importance of your support person’s role and the Doula’s role, conversation and communication practice within a birth space, medical interventions during pregnancy, labor, birth, and newborn stage, and detailed breastfeeding coaching.

Newborn Care Class is perfect for new parents as well as experienced families looking for a refresher!
Postpartum Doula and Infant Care Specialist Sarah Priore will cover how to hold, swaddle, diaper, and soother your newborn. Additional topics for the class include newborn sleep cycles, sharing parenting duties, postpartum healing and preparing a support plan, newborn care and feeding options, and more!
Families will leave with a take-home reference packet. Class is roughly 4 hours.

In studio offerings for prenatal and postpartum yoga for pregnancy and postpartum. Lauren’s goal is to support a healthy vision of your body + self as you cross the threshold into parenthood through yoga and a doula lens. Nurture your connection to self and baby, build strength, and encourage baby into Optimal Fetal Position for birth, all while you reduce stress and commit time to yourself. Breath work, meditation, seated, standing, and balancing postures included. No previous yoga experience needed, just be ready to feel supported.

Twin Prep is a class for parents expecting twins or higher order multiples. As a Mother to TWO sets of twins and a Birth + Postpartum Doula, Lauren will use her experience to ease your transition into twin-parenthood by offering you information, options, humor, encouragement and on-going support. Class is roughly 3 hours.
Topics for the class include finding your care provider, pregnancy health and nutrition, birthing options, navigating a stay at the NICU, postpartum healing and preparing a support plan, newborn care and feeding options, twin gear, and babywearing.
All participants will receive digital access to material covered as well as ongoing support from Lauren via phone, text and email. We recommend that you take this class before your 30-week mark. Twin Prep Class is taught privately in the comfort of your home so expect a fully customized experience to fit your needs!

Honor your sacred transition into parenthood with a blessing ceremony customized for your growing family. A beautiful addition or alternative to a baby shower, this ceremony calls in your rings of support and ancestral wisdom while pampering you with care. We work directly with you or a family member/friend to plan a day just for you! Focus can be just on you, a small group of pregnant pals, or couples. Guestlist is traditionally made up of people who you know will be there for spiritual, emotional, and practical guidance and support on your birthing and parenting journey. We offer a full menu of pampering options and love to work with your point person to bring in meaningful traditions from your lineage.

We’re proud to share that we are members of the Providence Wellness Collective, conveniently located within Providence Women's Healthcare, across from Wellstar North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, GA. Having a physical space allows our clients to save time and energy by having all your providers at one convenient location. Together we offer full spectrum OBGYN and midwifery care, lactation support, birth and postpartum doula support, childbirth education, perinatal yoga, and healing modalities including pelvic floor physical therapy, massage, reiki, and support groups. You truly get a custom experience from a group of like minded providers though direct support and group classes in our shared classroom space.
