Second + Fourth Saturday each Month

Learn hands-on comfort measures for each stage of labor in addition to an understanding of the birth process and common interventions. Families also leave with a study guide to take home.

Perfect for first time birthers as well as experienced families who want a refresher on unmedicated support options for labor.

Third Saturday each Month

Newborn Care Class is perfect for new parents as well as experienced families looking for a refresher!

Your Postpartum Doula and Infant Care Specialist will cover how to hold, swaddle, diaper, and soother your newborn. Additional topics for the class include newborn sleep cycles, sharing parenting duties, postpartum healing and preparing a support plan, newborn care and feeding options, and more!

Families will leave with a take-home reference packet. Class is roughly 4 hours.
