Nikki McCrimmon, she/her

Postpartum Doula and Infant Care Specialist, Twin Expert

Hi! My name is Nikki McCrimmon!

I’m a Roswell native with a heart for supporting families in the community I’ve always called home. I am a nurturer — a lover of nature, music, organizing, interior design, and homemade sourdough in my spare time. I value creating calm, functional spaces that allow families to rest, recover, and settle into their new rhythm, especially during the early postpartum season.

Astrologically, I am a Scorpio Sun, Gemini Rising, and Capricorn Moon — grounded and intuitive by nature. I bring the emotional depth of Scorpio, the steady strength and reliability of Capricorn, and the clear, reassuring communication of Gemini into every home I enter. My presence is calm, informed, and deeply supportive — a steady anchor during a transformative time.

How Doula Work Found Me

Although I do not have children of my own, caring for families and children have been the center of my life for as long as I can remember. When I was five years old, my mother left her corporate career to become the director of the daycare academy I attended. From then on, I grew up immersed in early childhood spaces — watching, learning, and helping. That environment shaped me in profound ways and planted the seed for my lifelong passion.

After trying on many different hats along the way, I found my calling as a nanny, where I spent over a decade walking alongside families through their most intimate and formative years. Throughout my nanny career, I also gained extensive experience working with multiple families of twins. I even served as the family nanny for Lauren, Doulas of ATL co-founder, for close to 5 years! Working closely with multiple twin families gave me a deep understanding of the unique rhythms, challenges, and joys that come with caring for two babies at once, and that experience naturally paved the way for my work now as a postpartum doula. This experience also means I am very comfortable serving families with toddlers and older siblings at home when they welcome their new baby.

I certified with ProDoula as a Postpartum Doula and Infant Care Specialist to expand my existing knowledge and experience at the beginning of 2026.

How I Show Up

I consider myself an intuitive empath with a genuine heart for service. Holding space for a family — helping parents feel more confident, better rested, and truly supported — has brought a depth of purpose I hadn’t found anywhere else. Becoming a Postpartum and Infant Care Specialist felt like a natural evolution of that calling.

I am here to nurture not just your baby, but you and your family as a whole. To lighten your load and offer reassurance. To create calm. And yes — while you rest and bond with your little one, I may lovingly organize a cabinet or tidy a corner of your home. Because sometimes support looks like a warm meal, sometimes it’s a listening ear, and sometimes it’s waking up from a nap to a space that feels just a little more peaceful. It would be an honor to walk beside your family in this sacred postpartum season.
