Thank you for registering for Childbirth Comfort Measures!

DATE TBD

Class Location: TBD

Each registration admits 2 individuals: birthing person + birth partner

Your class will be lead by Courtney Busha-Lopez and Lauren Bernazza of Doulas of ATL.
We are partner doulas providing birth + postpartum support and so much more you can see on our Services Page

Be sure to wear comfy clothes and bring your water bottles.
If you have a yoga/exercise/birth ball, please bring with you.
We will have a few to borrow but if you'd like to purchase your own, use these guidelines to find the best size for you:
55 cm ball – if your height is under 5’4″
65 cm ball – if your height is 5’4″ – 5’10″
75 cm ball – if your over 5’10″in height
Ideally you should inflate your ball so that it’s firm, but gives a little when you press on it.

We look forward to see you soon!

We have designed a class which combines our experience and knowledge as doulas to guide you through essential comfort measures including massage, movement, and mindfulness during your upcoming labor + birth!  We’ll also cover how to utilize your home’s layout in labor and why knowing your love language is beneficial during birth + postpartum.

You’ll leave feeling informed and confident with our Comfort Measures Guide in hand to keep as reference! Wear comfortable clothes and bring your birth ball if you have one. Light refreshments will be served.

Doulas of ATL serves all families, including the LGBTQ+ community and families born through surrogacy and adoption. Our practice is founded on non-judgmental and inclusive support. All are welcome.
